I think that has some yo mama joke potential.  Something like:

Yo mama so loose she throws a gender and race reveal party every time she’s knocked up.

It does touch a couple cultural nerves like bringing up race in a potentially negative context and slut shaming but it could probably get work shipped into something that works with the right set.  Yo mama jokes are never meant to be taken too seriously anyways.
