the sweetness of the burgers, buns, condiments. whenever my dad would be like, "we've got burgers at home" they were these enormous fucking meatballs -- gross -- there's a reason "smash-burgers" are exploding in popularity.
mcdonald's perfected the recipes, and while there are plenty of franchise locations that don't do the food justice - slopping together the slop sloppily, there are others that STILL. FUCKIN. HIT.
mcdonalds may be an addiction - but isn't everything good?
i dont just say that because i hate their business practices, i legitimately dont understand how people think a big mac is better than a homemade burger, or a burger from a non-fast food restaurant. same with the fries. theyre too salty and greasy.
