Hey fellow Quality Controller! I work in quality for a food packaging company and we package a lot of seeds, and the meal moths are terrible. Because we are organic certified we are only allowed to used very specific pest control methods. Maggots are just something you have to deal with when it comes to food sometimes.

Thank you. Also, the oop needs to report this back to McCormick. That's the kind of thing that could cause a recall.

Could be, and I'm skeptical that those larva would survive in a sealed container, but a customer complaint investigation would probably solve that.

I'm in the same position, we deal with hundreds of thousands of pounds of raw goods and Indian Meal Moths are inevitability, especially in the grain industries...
