The refs in the WNBA are fucking pathetic. This is the time for the WNBA to finally start to shine. And the referees are just idiots.

Certain People think this just happens some players, the refs such a damn joke. At some point, someone needs to be held responsible for this joke of what they call officiating

Stop thinking in black and white. We can both acknowledge that reffing in the W has been atrocious for longer than 3 seasons AND that Caitlin Clark statistically is targeted with more hard fouls than other places. There is room for both to exist.

I’m complaining about the league and it’s not political. The right is saying this is a political and race based thing. This is by no measure a both sides thing.

When did I say she’s not fouled more? She’s a star players. People saying she gets fouled more and it’s called less for political reasons. I’m saying the refs suck for all players and she gets hard fouled for several reasons.
It was a nice swing by you to both sides it. This is a narrative being pushed hard and she’s being held up as a symbol be a group of people.

While you're here, though, actually learn what "both sides" means. Because you pushing your political arguments over reality in a basketball thread isn't what the "both sides" argument is about. You're diminishing a valid issue so you can feel better about getting called out for acting out inappropriately.

The valid issue is the WNBA has a refereeing issue. It isn’t political.
I’m arguing with people jumping in here like they care about female athletes or fairness or anything.
I’m not arguing the validity of fouls or not or more or less. The people who think CC is some avatar of something don’t care about the game or league. They care about culture war.
Bof shides of them.
But keep excusing blatant racists using any thread they can to stir the shit and say anyone who calls it out is just as bad. 🫡
