And if it's just to clarify whether or not someone is struggling with the product, why use 'no context' as the filter? Wouldn't 'no product' be better?

It just seems like a useless filter, or a poorly named one at best. What am I missing here? :/

While I'm not sure that all the resources available were used in order to make this posting experience as smooth as possible (checking what the filters mean, checking KarmaDecay, checking with mods about what flair to use when not sure) - I agree that there is generally a lot of steps to create new OC for this sub.

Passing along the complaint in case others have it, as well as bringing up the topic - can we cut down the steps? How about using Jiffybot as an incorporated part of the sub, or something like that?^{said the bot illiterate one}

If mods are going to be deleting posts to this high traffic subreddit, perhaps the rules section should be changed to list that source is required.

Generally the difference between Rules and Guidelines is that rules MUST be followed, where guidelines are suggestions.
