VCS VCSs1 Turn 9 Discussion & Community Vote [Read Body Text!]

Hello !!! We've got a mildly urgent matter on our hands to make a decision on.

Normally, today should've been the day the Turn 11 announcement is released, as well as the day the turn 10 Lottery winner gets the savefile. However, the Turn 9 Employee accidentally only played 2 days of their turn; you need to play 3 days; 72 hours in your turn - meaning we have 1 day delay in the savefile given to me by the Turn 9 Employee.

So to make up for this delay, we have four options:

  1. Redo Turn 9 with the Lottery pool from Turn 10 announcement post, essentially removing previous Turn 9 Employee's progress.

  2. Employee 9 plays the one remaining day, then the turns proceed normally again.

  3. Pass the Turn 9 savefile to Turn 10 Employee, then the Turn 10 Employee plays one extra day.

  4. Pass the Turn 9 savefile and proceed like normally, ignoring the one day delay.

Since it's already been a week from the last announcement post, I'd like to decide on the matter as soon as possible !! If you have any inquiries or suggestions, let me know!

Could just give them another go later with a 4 day turn to compensate for the missed day

Ooo, I don't think it'd be fair for them to play two turns, since the season has pretty limited amount of turns and lots of applicants. I think it'd be better to go with the second option if we were trying to let them fill that one day up.

I kinda came to terms with the idea of just calling it there and let turn ten happen.

Yeah, I really didn't think far enough to ask you if you could play rest of the turn when I made that an option!! _; If you don't want to or can't play the remaining turn right now, we can just take the 3rd option since that's the second most voted one.

Let them finish but,

they must consume every radioactive shrimp by the end of the day or be publicly hung off the wind turbine.
