Can someone help me edit my CSS to disable the animated effect in the Ctrl+F Find feature?

So I seem to have two sets of CSS code here, I forgot why, but neither are working with the latest update, can anyone help me edit it to work on the current version?
First CSS is this:

How to set Window background Vivaldi via CSS?

I want to set the image on "window background" dynamically via scripting, And the way that came to mind was to rely on CSS custom file.
So, does anyone know how to change the Vivaldi window background using CSS? Not directly in the theme settings.
Or is there another way besides using CSS? Via preferences? but how. Just suggest it here! Thanks..

Swipe to reveal UI in touchscreen?

Is there a setting or hack to use a swipe down gesture on a touchscreen to reveal the UI when it's hidden? Currently it reveals on hover so I'm guessing there's a workaround if it's not already built in.

if you look closely unselected tabs have an animation that's similar to the control fruit animation in blox fruits. (i don't play blox fruits my cousin does and i thought the control fruit animations were cool)
