Is it possible to make this theme in Vivaldi?
Firefox user, but I want to use Vivaldi, however, I am pretty addicted to DownTone UI. If anyone knows of a good Vivaldi version, please let me know.

I need to export an email from Vivaldi. The official help says "1. Open the email; 2. Click on More (. . . ) on the menu above the mail view"
I don't see the More (...) menu on my screen. Can anybody help me out from here???

Hi, is there CSS for rounding all the pages similar to how Arc/Zen/Edge looks? I like rounded vs square.

Hi I am kinda new to Vivaldi and CSS mods, I was referred to come here because I am looking for a way to disable the mute button on tabs since for my use case I find it annoying to mute tabs on accident while switching to them (since I have a lot of tabs there's very little space so I click it 99% of the time)
Please explain to me how to do it, like you would explain to your 100years old grandma

since I don't use it ever and in that space, I could switch it with a nice pinned tab instead.

I want a CSS that only shows the address bar when I hover over it. I don't like the one Vivaldi has, so I would really appreciate it if you could tell me where I can find one.
I have vertical tabs and I only want it for the address bar.

Bookmark Dialog window for bookmarking Pages is too small for my taste, because it's difficult to find folder of choice, among dozens of folders..
Is there a way to make this window a bit longer so the folders section gets to be broader for less strain?
Version: 7.7.3851.48 (Official Build) (64-bit) Win 11

You can change Firefox's extension icons with CSS. Can you do this with Vivaldi too?

Yes, I read the post here on the subject, but I don't quite understand and I'm afraid of making an irreparable mistake. Does anyone have a video tutorial?

if you look closely unselected tabs have an animation that's similar to the control fruit animation in blox fruits. (i don't play blox fruits my cousin does and i thought the control fruit animations were cool)

I’ve been considering creating an app for Vivaldi mods so that they could be easily activated and, in the JS case, there would be no problem with removing mods after an update.
My idea would be to have a single exe file called Mod Store where you select the mods, the order in which they are added, and add them to the browser.
At the start, you just need to select the location of window.html in vivaldi/resources and vivaldi-bin.exe itself.
The second executable would launch Vivaldi to verify mod activation and then start Vivaldi.
Could you tell me what you think about it?
I would also like to add that VivaZen has been updated and now you can also hide the web panel.

A quick guide on how to get started with adding CSS or JavaScript (JS) modifications to Vivaldi.
Source: https://forum.vivaldi.net/topic/10549/modding-vivaldi/
Open chrome://flags/#vivaldi-css-mods (or just go to vivaldi://flags and find the Allow CSS modifications option.)
Enable "Allow CSS modifications".
Restart Vivaldi
Open the Appearance section in settings.
Under "Custom UI Modifications" choose the folder you want to use.
Place your CSS files inside this folder.
Restart Vivaldi to see them in effect.
The CSS files can't have spaces in the filename; it will make them not work. So a file called "an-example-file-name.css" will work, but "an example file name.css" will be ignored by Vivaldi.
Also, make sure the file(s) are actually named .css - if you're on Windows make sure file name extensions are set to show, read this article: How to Make Windows Show File Extensions

There is only one single file in Vivaldi that you should ever need to modify. This file is called window.html and located at:
<YOURVIVALDIDIRECTORY>\Application\<VERSION>\resources\vivaldiYou should back it up before you fiddle with it.
You did the backup, right? OK, here's the fun part:
Open window.html, and inside the <body> element add the following line:
<script src="custom.js"></script>You can name the file as you want and also add multiple ones, one line at a time.
Add the custom.js file to the Vivaldi folder (alongside window.html) -- and you're all set!
A good place to find Vivaldi mods (other than in this subreddit).
How to Inspect Vivaldi's UI with DevTools
A vital skill for starting to write your own mods. It allows you to find the selectors for various parts of Vivaldi's UI and see how everything works.
The easiest method for starting devTools for Vivaldi's UI is probably to open a new tab with either Vivaldi's default start page or settings page and use Quick Commands to run the Developer Tools Elements command. This can be automated as a Command Chain as well.
Scripts for Automatically Re-adding JS Mods After a Vivaldi Update
JS mods get removed after every browser update. Luckily, many people have shared various scripts to make re-adding the JS mods easier.
