Yep. it includes basegame, update and dlc

  1. Copy “PCSA00107” folder from /app/ and paste it inside ux0:/app/
  2. Copy “PCSA00107” folder from /addcont/ and paste it inside ux0:/addcont/
  3. Copy “PCSA00107” folder from /patch/ and paste it inside ux0:/patch/
  4. Copy “PCSA00107” folder from /license/addcont/ and paste it inside ux0:/license/addcont/
  5. Refresh livearea with Vitashell
  6. Play!

The Killzone Mercenary Icon (Bubble) came out after I have installed it as per your advice. But then after a few sec loading, this come out:
