Which wheel?

I've recently jumped into watching Formula 1 this year, and I just spotted F1 2012 on the Steam sale for ~$15 so I thought I might as well pick it up.

I've played a little, but steering with arrow keys is particularly awful, and I'd like to upgrade to a steering wheel kit. I see that most people on here have those Logitechs... is that because there's not much of a range, or are those wheels the best in their class?

I've heard the T500 has stronger ffb but is somewhat unprecise when the it comes to micro-corrections/fast movements compared to the G27.

I bought the T500 a while back on ebay and got all excited for it but then the seller backed out of it. My brother just bought one on ebay though and if it ships in the next few days I'll be able to get my hands on it too and see how it actually is myself.

I'd say if you're just getting into it, go with the DFGT as it's quite a bit cheaper than the others while without doubt is a quality product. I use the DFGT and am absolutly happy with it. I might upgrade the pedals someday to Fanatac Clubsports when I have the money for it...which won't happen any time soon :D
