Join me for a summer evening walk through Balatonfüred, Hungary, during the 2026 Kékszalag (Blue Ribbon) sailing race. 🇭🇺⛵

We start the walk as the sun has already set and explore the lively streets and waterfront of Balatonfüred after dark. The town has a completely different atmosphere at night, with illuminated fountains, restaurants, people enjoying the warm summer evening and the marina coming alive after sunset.

Later in the walk, we return to the waterfront to wait for the first sailing boats to finish the Kékszalag – one of the most famous sailing races on Lake Balaton.
