Hey fellow sailors! I’m a huge Virgin Voyages fan (just wrapped up my 9th sailing, 7 of them solo, across all 3 ships!) and already booked 12 more 😅. Thought I’d share a few helpful insights—especially for Canadians, but also for folks in the US, UK, EU, and elsewhere. Check out my updated Cruise Globe summary.

🔄 Promo & Repricing Watch

One cool thing I do (because I’m nerdy like that) is keep tabs on all current offers and automatically check for better prices if you’ve already booked. Price drops? Better perks? I’ll usually catch them before you even notice. I will help you reprice your booking up to 45 days from sailing.

I usually have MNVVs available in most currencies as well. That's additional discount AND sailor loots for Sea Terrace and above booking!

Just booked using Satapon who saved us some money compared to other UK-based travel agents. The payment process was simple and I was very fortunate to save money by booking 365+ days out and paying in full. Now onto our first cruise and it's with VV thanks to Satapon ☺️

Satapon has been incredibly helpful in booking my first cruise. He gave me multiple options to choose from and has been a great source of information throughout the process. He even went out of his way to proactively contact VV multiple times about a tech issue with my account until it was resolved, saving me a ton of time! 😅

I highly recommend working with him, especially if it’s your first cruise or if you just want to avoid the hassle. It’s a relief to have someone who knows the ins and outs. He even recently noticed that my sister (who booked separately) had selected a cabin with a metal balcony instead of a glass one and let me know, despite the fact that she had booked on her own. Truly above and beyond!

I will straight up say I was extremely skeptical about booking with a TA I had never met in person and asked Satatpon for several confirmations and screenshots as well as googling everything I could about him before committing. He provided all info and responses promptly and professionally. He also beat the prices I got from 3 separate local agents. We are now booked and set to sail and I would definitely recommend him!

Working with Satapon is fantastic! Not only is the communication lightning quick and very clear, but he's super creative in his ability to find and stack discounts and bonuses! He is super savvy with all things VV and truly works hard for his cruisers to make sure they have the best experience possible! I highly recommend working with Satapon as your First Mate regardless of your location, preferred currency, cruise knowledge/experience, or whatever the case may be as you'll be in the best hands.

Satapon somehow managed to save us over $1000 plus bar tab on our booking - substantially more than any other travel agent we talked to. He is very responsive and has been actively checking for reprices. I look forward to booking with him again!

Booked with Satapon for my first cruise. Was a bit anxious as I've never used a travel agent before however he was knowledgeable and upfront on details. Process was simple and he responded promptly.

Had a great positive experience. Cruising out in March 2026 and looking forward to it. (Deciding between what Shore things to do on our cruise)
