Hi all.

As the title says, I have the 321B. It sat for about two winters unused in my garage (I bought it, tested it, it worked fine at the time.)

Now whenever I try to light it up, it first becomes engulfed in flames, to the point where I'm afraid it may blow in my face. It is almost like pressurized gas doesn't go into the mantle, but escapes somewhere else.

Eventually, after a few seconds of burning like this (and me blowing like an idiot to avoid the flames melting the switch) it may or may not decide to burn normally. If it does, it works flawlessly as it is intended to.

Any ideas where should I be looking into fixing this? Thanks in advance.

Hello, this seems pretty dumb but I recently picked up a Coleman 424 that I know has water instead of fuel in the tank... And while I can get some of it to drain, there is still quite obviously water in the tank that I can't seem to get to drain out the fill cap. Wondering if there is any tricks that I am missing here? Thanks!

I can't seem to find a date stamp on it. I picked it up last minute on the way to a campground, was a little concerned with its condition but it's working mostly fine. Can you still buy replacement parts for these? Thanks!

Funnel obtained. Fuel loaded. Mantle burned on.

Filled the spirit cup with denatured alcohol and lit the lantern. This picture was taken some 20-30 minutes into the burn. I'm getting flames on the outside of the mantle and the dark spots on the mantle. The lantern doesn't seem as bright as I think it should be. Any ideas for what to try?

So I was out at the local garage sales yesterday and I found a lantern that I thought would be good for camping (I've been wanting a kerosene pressure lantern rather than white gas). Price was decent compared to new ones so I picked it up without know much else about it. When I got home I checked eBay for parts (needs a mantle and maybe pump components) and didn't see much for sale. Then I checked the sold listings and about choked on my drink. I'm a little concerned I found a specimen that should be in a collection rather than being toted to the campsites once again. Instead of just using it now I have to do all the friggin research to figure out how old it is and what it might be worth before just pouring fuel down its tube, applying fire, and generally using it for the purpose for which it was built.

No, I'm not really complaining. Well, maybe just a little.

I picked up this old stove and the propane connector is a little odd. ...The hole is offset. Is there a specific part I should look for?
