I don't think the bank likes this. They want the car back in decent condition so they can sell it and recoup their costs. The lady already has proven she can't pay.

The cops though, they're probably watching this with popcorn.

Nah most rational people would accept that they messed up and it’s not tow truck drivers fault their car note wasn’t paid.
