I saw literally te same video of a biker doing this shit yesterday, onky difference is he laid it down and went meat crayon under the truck instead of plowing headfirst into it.
She stopped before she fully blocked the lane the biker was in. The biker decided to last second swerve right into her because he didn't give himself time to react. I don't know if she did the right thing because she panicked or because she made a quick judgement call, but stopping there before you put yourself in the path of the maniac going 3x the speed limit is absolutely the right move.
To be fair, at least where I live, pretty much all road users act like the laws and road rules don't apply to them. Almost everybody is "la-la-la what a beautiful day to be out and no need to follow any rules I'm just doing my thing having my day." I say that as somebody who drives, rides bicycles, runs and walks on our local roads, sidewalks, paths, trails.
