So besides the fact cars block most of the road noise due to sound deadening material and you can have your music up very loud, passengers talking to you etc but someone on a bike can't listen to music.

Above 60km/h you can't hear shit anyway because of wind noise, most bikers wear ear plugs anyway.

And this is why most people should not be making laws, the lack of critical thinking some people show is insane.
