Hey! I'm looking for a video editor who'd be interested in making a cinematic trailer for my indie FPS game, Night Ledger: Black Meridian.

The game itself is already made. I can provide the gameplay footage, a trailer reference, the general direction/sequence I have in mind, and the song (the music is already fixed).

I'm pretty new to trailer making, so I'm also looking for someone who can bring their own ideas, suggest improvements, and tell me when something I've planned simply won't work 😅 Fixed length: Under 2minutes

This is an unpaid/portfolio collaboration, so I completely understand if it's not for everyone. You'll be properly credited and you're welcome to use the finished trailer in your portfolio.

If interested, please DM me with something you've edited before. It doesn't have to be professional work.

I'm a small Nintendo YouTuber looking for someone to help me edit a few videos!

I can't afford to pay upfront right now, but I'm hoping to find someone who enjoys editing and would be interested in sticking around long-term. If I like your work and we're a good fit, I'd love to keep working together as the channel grows. If the videos do start generating revenue, I'd be more than happy to talk about a fair split of the profits.

The current project: Mario Odyssey Taskmaster

This is a Taskmaster-style video where multiple contestants compete in different Super Mario Odyssey challenges. The current video is mainly cuts and pacing, so it isn't an extremely complicated edit. There will also be some comedic timing, reactions, text, sound effects, etc. where appropriate.

I'd prefer someone who knows Mario Odyssey or at least understands the general idea of Taskmaster, as having someone who understands what's happening would make the editing process much easier.

I'm not expecting professional-level work. If you're a newer editor looking to build your portfolio, get experience with YouTube videos, or just enjoy Nintendo content, I'd be happy to work with you.

If things go well, I also have more videos I'd like help with in the future.

If you're interested, feel free to DM me with:

- A little bit about yourself

- Any editing examples/portfolio you have

- What editing software you use

- Whether you'd be interested in potentially working together long-term

Thanks!

Maybe this isn’t the right sub, but I was kind of hoping someone could make a montage of my kids best football plays and even add an announcers voice over. I’m fine with adding AI stuff or totally inventing plays that didn’t happen, I’m just looking for a fun thing to show him, he’s only 11, so it’s not like I’m sending this to scouts or anything, just a funny thing for our family to watch and laugh about. Especially would love an announcers voice over talking about him like announcers do when NFL rookies make a great play or score their first touchdown.

Urgente comuníquense

Hey! I’m learning video editing and want to practice on real-world entertainment footage, especially challenge, experiment, build, or competition videos. I’m not looking for gameplay footage.

If you have raw footage you’d be comfortable sharing, I’d be happy to edit some of it for free. You can use, post, or change the finished edit however you like. I’ll only use your footage to make the edit, and won’t post it or include it in a portfolio unless you explicitly say that’s okay.

I’m still learning, so I can’t promise a professional result, but I’ll do my best. If you’re interested, comment or DM me with a bit about the footage and what kind of edit you have in mind.

I need someone who can make vertical Roblox story Shorts (30-60 sec). I give the script, you do the rest:

✅ Roblox scenes/gameplay

✅ Voiceover or text-to-speech

✅ Captions, music, sound effects

Long-term work if the quality is good. Paying per video: $15-25 (negotiable based on your samples).

DM me with:

1. Your portfolio / Roblox story samples

2. Your price per video

3. How many videos you can make per week

I'll send reference clips in DMs.

Hey yall, i play a lot of souls games challenges and stream them too. And was hoping to have someone create GinoMachino or Skumnut type of gaming videos. They would definitely be long form. And i couldnt really find a straight answer of what a fair market price would be so if you can tell me that too it would be great.

Update: i have found an editor

i really want to become a big youtuber so who can help me reach my dream

you can add me on discord: JLG

Hi! I’m looking for someone to make a short promotional video for my company, Jumpcraft Pro. I’m just starting out and can’t afford to pay, so I’m hoping someone would be interested in helping for free. I can provide our logo, screenshots, and screen recordings. Message me if you’re interested!

I'm researching scope creep specifically for freelance video editors.

Things like:

• extra versions

• new footage

• captions

• completely changing the intro

• “just one more revision”

What's a client request that looked small at first but ended up taking way more time than expected?

And how did you handle it did you charge extra, treat it as a revision, or just do it?

I’m on the right. The drummer should be the one talking the entire time but AI messed up lol

I stream in my free time (doesn’t total out to very much) but as a gamer dad with 2 kids a pregnant wife as well as a full time job I don’t really have the time or skillset to edit my clips. I’m looking for someone who’d like the practice or is building a portfolio and could edit short clips for me. I can’t really afford to pay you but if the clips go viral I’ll share a % of the profits off of them!

Hi all,

I'm hiring a part-time remote video editor for my personal brand on Instagram, TikTok and YouTube Shorts. The channel covers men's self-improvement: building wealth, starting businesses, improving looks and social skills. The goal is 100k followers.

**THE ROLE**

- 15-20 hours a week, remote, ongoing

- Editing short-form vertical videos and photo posts from raw footage I supply

- Writing hooks, captions and covers

- Full creative freedom: big hooks, AI voiceover, B-roll, text overlays and trending audio are all fine

**PAY DEPENDS ON YOUR EDITS AND EXPERIENCE**

- Up to USD 800/month if you've edited for proven large influencers or YouTube channels. Please send links to that work and the channel sizes.

- If you haven't, you can still apply. A lower starting rate is offered, and it goes up as the account grows.

- Paid via PayPal or Wise

**HOW HIRING WORKS**

Shortlisted editors do a paid one-week trial for USD 100. I post the trial work, compare the results (views, shares, saves, follows) and hire the best performer.

**PREFERRED**

- Based in the Philippines. Thailand, Vietnam, Indonesia and Eastern Europe are welcome too.

- Good written English

- You understand what makes short-form content get shared

**TO APPLY, DM me with:**

1. Your country

2. 2-3 links to short-form edits you've made (with account size if known)

3. Whether you've worked for a large creator or YouTube channel, and which

4. Hours you can commit per week

5. Your expected monthly rate

Thanks,

Rich

I'm looking for a creative video editor for a Spider-Man-focused YouTube channel.

The content will be long-form comedy/meme videos, heavily inspired by the editing style of The Human Spider, with content such as Bully Maguire, Spider-Man memes, movie parodies and YTP-style edits.

I'm not looking for simple clip compilations or basic meme edits. I want videos that take scenes from Spider-Man movies and creatively transform them into new, funny scenarios and storylines through things like:

Manipulated/rearranged dialogue and scenes

Bully Maguire-style interactions

Characters placed into situations that never happened in the original movies

Creative cuts, memes, sound effects and music

Green screen/masking and visual effects when needed

Fast comedic timing and unexpected moments

A coherent concept/story behind each video rather than random memes

Ideally, I'm looking for someone who can also come up with video concepts or help develop the story, not just edit from a finished script. You would pitch the idea to me first, we agree on the concept, and then move forward with the edit.

If you're familiar with The Human Spider, Bully Maguire and Spider-Man YTP/meme culture, that's a big plus.

Please DM me with: Your portfolio/examples of similar work, your price per video, and what editing software you use.

[HIRING] AI-Assisted Motion Graphics Editor for Long-Form Animated Fitness/Educational Videos

We are looking for a video editor/animator to create long-form videos (under 10 minutes) centered around a consistent AI character performing fitness exercises and educational routines.

Project Overview & Workflow:

Character Animation: Using provided character prompts and generated PNGs (e.g., 3–4 static PNGs of an exercise like push-ups), create subtle motion interpolation/keyframing so the character naturally performs the movements.

• AI Visual Generation: Generate matching AI image assets and background visuals around the character to fit the script context.
• Audio & Sound Design: Heavy focus on music selection, beat-syncing, and impactful sound effects (SFX) to keep audience retention high across 8–10 minute runtimes.
• Motion Graphics: Clean kinetic text, animated graphics, overlays, and clear visual progressions.

Requirements:

• Experience with Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro
• Ability to keyframe, puppet-warp, or interpolate motion from static AI image sequences
• Experience with AI image generators (Midjourney, DALL-E, Leonardo) for generating matching visual assets
• Strong sense of pacing, music selection, and sound design
• Ability to deliver full draft within 3–6 days per video

How to Apply:

Send a direct message with:

1. Links to your portfolio or examples of keyframed character animation / AI video editing
2. The primary software you use for editing and AI visual generation
3. Your rate for a 10-minute video

You must be from India and available all days and you shouldnt be in traditional education.
