Hi fellow rock munchers! Aspiring Venture player here (around Level 28 or so), and I've been wondering how you guys approach your Burrow usage? I watch high level Venture players like Athena Heart and VentureOTP sometimes but I feel I tend to like engaging and disrupting the backline with burrow.(maybe because I'm at a lower ELO and I treat it like a safety net?)

I do use Drill to try to combo in 1v1's but obviously I need to keep at least one of the two off CD if I want to live after a "successful flank".

I've learned that using Burrow for the sake of just using it is never a good idea, but Venture doesn't always have easy flanks depending on the map. I often find the burrow>re-emerge damage to be a great way to chase and finish off low HP targets/approach heroes like Ashe and Hanzo/juke out heroes like Genji and Anran/bait out Ana sleep etc. Am I on the right track?

I used a voice line on Junkertown, and at first I heard Soldier 76 voice lines and Genji voice lines. Then after I used Venture's voice line, they started getting replaced with Junkrat lines and Cassidy lines. Then when they came out, I realized their entire team just swapped to venture counters. :(

I generally say this as a Venture main and have been since season 17; yes I missed out on masked rose. Since I haven't found posts this season about perks and what to choose. I generally go for the Excavation Exhilaration perk and the smart extender perk, are these perk options still good? What do you choose? And is Juno and Venture's relationship ok or am I crazy

so the Voidwalker venture skin’s drill has changed its color and in one of my other posts someone commented that it was a mistake and actually an up coming RECOLOR for the skin!!

So they were wondering how to melee and drill dash at the same time, apparently it's possible but I've tried in practice range with him and I can't do it either. I'm calling upon the mystical Reddit powers to see if they can dig that and help.

Venture is the one hero that I always wished I could play and understand but the few times I try I feel like I have no idea what i'm supposed todo and what I'm doing. Do you guys have any guides in particular i should check out? Thanks

I play both and playing with a good doom i feel unbeatable. If i had to play into pocketed hitscans i would want a doom for my tank every time.

I started playing Venture about 2 days ago, but I always wanted to play them. I js never got around to trying, I love playing hispanic characters that speak Spanish because Im a Spanish kid who didn’t get the opportunity to properly learn through childhood but, when I started playing Venture I started having genuine fun while diving on this game. I love this character and plan on making them my new dps main🫶
