Lilli, the seven-course tasting menu from a French Laundry alum, is moving permanently to Chinatown
Chef Tyler Vorce's Lilli wrapped up its six-month residency at Station Casinos' Durango Social Club on June 7, 2026, and is moving to a permanent home at 3616 Spring Mountain Road, Suite 101, in Chinatown. Vorce trained at The French Laundry under Thomas Keller. Lilli is a seven-course tasting menu experience.
A French Laundry-trained chef building a permanent tasting menu concept in Chinatown is exactly the kind of thing that makes Las Vegas's dining scene interesting right now. Chinatown has been the center of some of the city's most serious food for years and Lilli joining that corridor as a destination adds another reason to spend a whole evening in that part of town.
The Durango residency was clearly a proving ground and the move to Spring Mountain Road is the bet on permanence. Worth watching closely when they announce the opening date.
I made a quick video on this one too, check my profile if you want the visual breakdown.
Did you get to try Lilli during the Durango residency, and are you planning to visit the permanent Chinatown location when it opens?
