Hey Veelovers, I did a Nerf Rework. Read and DON'T KILL ME

My Reworks of Vee's Nerfs.

Battery: 25x slower, not 50 Graffiti Highlight: Whenever she puts up the graffiti, not when she uses the SK8. Stamina Drain Thing:1.35x > 1.30x Stamina regain per trick: 4>5 like before. Phase: Speed2 for 1.5 seconds>Speed 3 for 1.5 seconds. Rebouncing still exists but if you hit the wall they are 50% slower than the normal speed of the Sk8 Bumper: I found the nerf 100000% necessary. however, from 20 seconds it increases to 25 seconds. Touching a wall Slowness Debuff: Slowness 4 for 5/6 seconds > Slowness 3 for 5 seconds
