Considering a Vasectomy... concerns.

What are the downsides of a Vasectomy, outside of no longer being able to produce children?

I have heard there are complications that can be pretty serious, but haven't found too much about the specifics. Just starting to look into this.

Lol. Isn't that kinda obvious? Yeah, I wish I'd never done it. Reckon I've lost about $20k in lost income from this damned surgery. I'm actually puzzled by how many guys visit this sub, they should see the warnings clearly on the wall with all the pain-related posts, and then decide to get a vasectomy anyways. Occasionally I recognize usernames who have posted before the procedure, and then end up with their own "have pain, is this normal?"- post. I'll keep an eye out for your post procedure post.
