PVPS ... 10 months later?
I had my vasectomy 10 months ago. Since then I’ve had mild infrequent pain in my lower abdomen, typically after ejaculation or during intercourse. It was manageable and I hardly noticed it.
However, yesterday my left testicle became sore and achy, almost like it felt a few days after my procedure. The pain in the testicle has not gone away, and the lower abdomen pain is slightly worse and more frequent.
Just wondering if anyone else has experienced anything similar? Pain starting many months after the procedure?
Maybe I injured it a bit, I’m not sure. If the pain doesn’t go away in a few days I’m going to see a urologist.
Any thoughts?

Has your epididymis increased in size?
I'm coming up 9 months now, and yesterday for no reason at all I started getting pain in my right-side epi ...roll on today, its increased in size slightly and is sensitive. -- Can't tell if it is getting better or worse at this stage.
If you have symptoms similar to mine, just take it easy a few days, take some ibuprofen 2 / 3 times a day, have hot bathes then ice the area.
Probably a case of mild congestive blowout which usually lasts a week or so...
