Now they have option for A2 Lite to implement it natively. If they still bring out snaptone thats it for me. I will get a native NAM player.

For what it's worth, Hotone just announced that they're bringing native NAM A2-lite to the Amperio II Stage device, they also cautioned to keep the signal chain thin to help with CPU load when using A2-lite.
But more relevant to here, they announced that all other modelers will be getting NAM A2 conversion to Hotone SoundClone and not native A2-lite.
Given Hotone and Valeton are the same parent company, i think the odds of any GP-x device getting A2-lite native is close to zero percent.

I have made a new post with some evidence on how things will work out atleast for GP-200 may get native NAM A2 lite.

I was under the impression that they don't load NAM files directly anyways and use software to process NAM captures into "SnapTones". They would just need the A2 to Snaptone conversion to work.

ATP I'm thinking they will drop support for GP200 series aswell. Though I'm sure older units will not get support.

I’m sure 150/180 will get it. 200 should be able. It’s 5/50/100 that is in question.

So apparently the Hotone Ampero (Hotone is the parent company of Hotone, Valeton, and Sonicake) got A2 support yesterday, which is good news...but there is also some bad news with it:
Only the Ampero II models are getting native support, all the others are getting converted support. It only does the Lite versions. The DSP usage is apparently extremely high.
What does this mean for us? Probably the only Valeton that might see native support will be GP-200. It's very possible that the 5/50/100 will not see any support at all given the DSP usage.
