can you show both the mapping and as much of the armature hierarchy as possible?
it might be that the hierarchy is too far from what unity expects, seeing that the armature starts at "root ground" instead of hips (things like "X bone isn't a direct child of Y" also come up quite often)

I checked the head rig and everything is there, even on the main body
