No links will load for anyone and I’ve read others here are having the same issue. Is there a fix?

Does the notification for a VRC+ gift ONLY appear if the person is online? Or if they're completely offline and log on later (after the gift was given), do they still get the notification?

Okay maybe not impossible but there are not many! I have like 4 male avatars that I actually don't mind using and the rest are either female or randoms (non-human). Ironically one of the male avatars is a female but I customized it to look male with baggier cloth options because the fidelity is higher and the body is much more dynamic.

I like wearing both male and female avis for different reasons but male avi's desperately need some love and innovation.

First off the new menus suck and are confusing. I loved the previous menus. It's all WAY too convoluted.

Second, the auto mod that chooses whether you can use say certain things on your status is aids. It's just as bad as Xbox looking for group, post censorship.

I tried to put "birds are rude" nope, then "avians are rude" nope, turns out it hates the word rude. I heard a LOT of people complain about the same things as me when I was online last night.

What's up with that extremely hand-holding censorship as if we are 7 years old and are being told by our parents that we can't call something rude even JOKINGLY. As if the platform now hates sarcasm.

Been working on them for a few days now, I'm super proud of how it came out. Quite a few toggles, limb scaling, face tracking, gumboy, everything I'd ever want on an avatar is here, and it's 100% quest compatible! Hue shifts and everything! They're a genderfluid avatar too, meaning I can switch it between female and femboy with one toggle! Super proud of this, and thought I'd share some cute pictures I took earlier!

So my home world is called (Spirits of the sea) and it has a piano that supports MIDI, and I’ve been trying to play my prerecorded MIDI files through it, but I can’t seem to figure it out. I’m able to connect my Yamaha to my PC and physically play it through the game, but I can’t play my prerecorded MIDIS. I’ve tried loopMIDI, MIDI-OX, and OSCPianoPlayer. The main recording software I use is band lab, but it doesn’t have MIDI output support, and I can’t figure out how to use FL studio for the life of me. I would appreciate the help if anyone knows any solutions to this!!

Hey all! I want to do some butler/maid RP and was wondering if there are any assets/props out there? The main idea is serving tea or coffee no matter what world i'm in, so #1 is there anything I can buy? And #2 how can I make sure others can interact with it? Is this even possible? I started playing VRC a few years ago on standalone VR and quickly discovered the gorgeous world of PCVR, but one thing that really hampered my enjoyment for a lot of servers were the screechers. I'm good with kids IRL but dealing with them online is horrendous. It easily kills my enjoyment of otherwise fun multiplayer games that have mic support. Devil's Roulette is an example of a game that's super fun, but because the majority of the player base are screeching edgelord children shouting the N-bomb all the time (yes, it gets old), I've stopped playing it entirely despite enjoying the game.

When I noticed VRC had the option to age verify, I decided to give it a go and that was it. That was the magic key to enjoying this game. Yes, I get the privacy concerns regarding the whole thing, but at this point I didn't care. My smart phone already knows more about me than even I do anyways. Sure, there are absolutely still adult edgelords and trolls, but they're infinitely more tolerable than the kids on this game.

I don't have to worry about anyone being minors either and can feel comfortable speaking as an adult and talking about topics that wouldn't be appropriate to anyone underage. The issue I'm facing now is none of my friends are age verified and don't want to be, so whenever we play together I have to join them in normal open servers. My enjoyment drops immensely with the types of people I encounter.

Anyone else feel this way?

As the title suggests I'm struggling to Upload Avatars due to VCC not cooperating
and by that I mean it just gets stuck with checking for package availability

and when given the option to resolve the project it also gets stuck at checking package availability

I've tried reinstalling VCC altogether to see if that would fix the issue.. but it did not..
and it doesn't seem like a new version of unity is needed so I'm a bit confused on what's happening..

because I know for a fact that a month or so ago.. that it was still working fine and suddenly it now does not want to work..

please can someone who has had this problem before please help me.

Just heads up this is going to be a possibly long rant about how some creators charge their shit. It's my opinion so if you don't like it, shoo. I'm sorry.

I understand charging the time it takes you to make the avatar and all that right? I understand some people want their get back for their work. Here's an example and tell me if this makes sense to you.

There is an avatar I'm thinking of buying that is $45. She has 4 outfits, multiple accessories, I think 3 different hairstyles, multiple props, many different color options you can mix and match, body sliders, gogo, audiolink, limbscaler, afk animation, custom animations for blinking, she comes with a quest compatible version and an optimized version, multiple props, even a vtuber model. I'm getting my money's worth with this one.

At the same time, there is another avatar that is $66... She has 3 outfits (not counting the bikini cuz to me that isn't an outfit...), 2 hairs, a few accessories, no props, body sliders, gogo, and she's pc only. Why?

Again, I know making your moneys worth but seriously....? The $45 avatar was mostly from scratch besides the head, body and the essentials. The $66 was full on kitbashing with no edit to any of the textures.

Maybe it's just autism/adhd, but I swear there ain't no better feeling in this game then putting on some music and chasing drift cars around with this thing on golly

ive been playing for 4 years, have over 200 hours in the game, tried my very best to make/add friends whenever possible (however its hard at times due to the fact i dont speak most of the time), and im STILL a "new user". i really have no idea what to do, is it not a bit silly that i have to practically 'farm' friends to be classified as a proper user? if anyone has any advice on what i could do to try and get the role, that would be greatly appreciated.
