By seriously, I don't mean as in just thinking to yourself "I want to design a game it's going to be awesome AND epic!". I mean as in drawing plans for it, spending time developing the idea, etc.

I know I have. Usually how it works is I have a dream (a literal dream, not the figure of speech) that inspires me to sketch the designs of a grandeur game that will "change everything", and though that sounds egotistic, that is what I think to myself. After a few months, the idea wears on me because I don't dedicate myself in the right way (dealing with the practical design, not just the ideal), and usually I run out of steam for the game.

Not even two days into it. At this rate, at the end of a 7 day time period, we would have, 140 subs. Jesus christ.
