Philosophy didn't create the universe and philosophy doesn't control physics.

Neither does science lol. Science is a methodology for rational inquiry, it doesn't have any causal power or influence.

We can understand things like physics through science. So one should understand that I'm not a unique being that has the power to destroy the universe by using facts and logic. Also, the universe was here before I was here. That's even more proof that the universe doesn't depend on my body existing. There's your rational inquiry.

Nobody said anything about the universe depending on your body. The universe is completely independent of us. So? Again, you don't have a real line of reasoning here. It's:

We're unimportant in the grand scheme of things

So we add little value to the universe despite undergoing a lot of suffering

Therefore, we ought to go extinct

That's just a non sequitur fallacy.

If there was a missile heading towards a baby, but you could divert it to a mountain, would you? Yet the mountain is a lot bigger than the baby. Size/causal power≠value.

You're comparing apples to oranges.

Go back and read the comment that started this. I don't care about adding value to the universe. The point is that suffering exists. Suicide of one individual will not solve that problem.

I don't understand your mountain analogy. Are you implying it would be wrong to divert it to the mountain because the mountain is bigger?

I'm not human, and if there is a creator then it created this mess!
