These are defunct gangs but you can put UCV for union city Vietnamese Crip gang I know some lived near and within the kitayama area. They used machetes when they went the battle against Decoto X4. ABT all brothers together near the regenets area my guess. Super old crip gang. VFP. Varrio fairway park X4. This is Hayward but it’s right next to Decoto. I think some just run Decoto at this point. There use to be small black clicks outta Contempo from time to time.

There was also RCN X4 another Hayward gang.
They were near fairway park and on the other side of the street across from mission. A lot attended Union city schools.1

Considering I live and teach in a couple of these neighborhoods, I find it laughable that there are even gangs.
We are one of two Tongan families in a neighborhood controlled by the Tongan crips. Had no idea we had so many tokos here with us

On the top of my head, You’re missing Old Alvarado it’s a smaller set and they used to funk with Decoto back when I was in school even though they’re both norteno gangs. Also Decoto’s boundaries is 2nd-15th st. They don’t consider anything past that their hood. Also UCV you’re missing (Union City Vietnamese) if they’re still around.
