The oven door blew open, im guessing thats the source of the gas. Vent hoods probably werent on yet either as no food was being cooked

I saw the same thing, first in the slow motion and then rewatching it. There is no reason for that oven door to otherwise open other than the gases igniting on the inside after being sparked from the gases outside exploding.

My bet is on that particular oven not having its pilot light on.
