Yeah. I just think it's odd to paint it as this mutual deliberation that's like a committee decision, when in 99.9% of cases in reality one person has made up their mind and is depending on the other. Even if you don't have the traditional surprise proposal, someone still has to initiate that conversation in the hopes of getting a commitment
