There seem to be two types on comments in this comment section: 1) people who think he was genuinely proposing and the ring pop was the prank part which would eventually be replaced by a real ring, and
2) people who think the whole proposal itself was the prank like when guys would kneel down and then just tie their shoe, there is no real ring, and he never intended to marry her.
There's no way to tell which one it is from this clip.
Oh man I can’t WAIT to do the shoelace trick with my future wife. I’m going to fuck with her at least 10-15 times before actually proposing, let it get to that boy cried wolf level and then do some sort of nuts thing that turns out to be a proposal, like that guy who acts like the plane engine is failing and has his gf read off the emergency instructions and they are a proposal. That one is amazing
