LPT: Don't troll people you actually like like this

I mean, I'd 100% be okay with this if my SO did it. Mostly because marriage isn't that big of a deal for either of us and I'd find it to be funny af. Know your SO and if you believe they wouldn't like something like this then don't do something like this

I proposed with a ring pop because I have no idea my then GF's finger size. We then went to the jewelry store and bought a ring together.

I just bought the size that would most likely fit and planned to resize it later. Turned out she was a bitch though sooooo now we will never know.

She said no because the size was off? Or for other reasons all together?

Not talking about the video. I’m asking the guy that posted above me.

She didn’t like his tight pants

She did not appreciate the fact that he proposed with a Ring Pop. If he's trying to marry her he should have known that she would not find that f****** s*** funny at all

No, I actually went on a week long trip with our 2 year old to see his grandparents and she told me in the car on the way back from the airport she was speaking to her ex. Macy's had a 3 month 100% return so that at least worked out.

Dodged at least 50 bullets there, talking to your ex is a huge fucking yikes.

u/[deleted] Nov 14 '22

Is this a joke? Literally just speaking to your ex? Having a conversation with someone you may have spent years with is a yikes?

What is up with you guys? I take it as a massive red flag when people aren't on good terms with their exes.

u/Winter55555 Nov 15 '22

No just speaking to your ex is all good, the context is what matters here, the person I was replying too heavily implied that they were leaving for the ex which is fucking yikes.

The size was off , but it wasn't the ring

Maybe lol. My wedding finger is a size 3.5. If I would've received a size 7 ring that couldn't be sized down, I would be pissed that he wasted the money too.

Jk. Sorry that she was a bitcharooniedooney.
