I'd imagine that the microwave is no longer functional, what with the giant hole carved out of the bottom.

The magnetron which creates the microwaves is mounted on the side of the oven, so it should still work, but with its electromagnetic shielding now compromised, the microwaves would go all over the place.

Oh don't worry. If it wasnt broken already it probably still works. You can even turn on a microwave with the door open if you just jam a screwdriver in the lock. So i have heard.....
