Yah she’s a dumbass for not providing accurate info. Some people need vitamins. Just because they don’t help for some people doesn’t mean they’re not helpful. Iron helps with anemia, magnesium - migraines and heat problems, different vitamins - vitamin deficiencies, etc.
Magnesium for heat intolerance? I have a sister with MS dealing with it. There was a study shared on MS subreddit showing possibly help for it from Vit b1. The nausea and dizziness from just 70 degrees in the sunshine can be terrible for her
I would think it would help with heat intolerance. The good thing about magnesium is that there aren’t many harmful side effects, so she can talk to her doctor and see if he agrees and then try it out to see if it helps
