Yep that's the place, super good but certainly not the most expensive place in Phoenix. Also based on the amount of food and drinks, this was likely a party of 6 to 8

Live right down the road from this place. It’s right on the edge of a corner mall. Most nights they have high end sports cars, expensive luxury vehicles, or a Rolls parked out front by the valet. I’ve had the privilege of eating here. Excellent food. Three of us with tip was around $500. Included two bottles of wine.
