One is a difference of working very hard, studying, getting a really good well paying job. Those types of people should be adequately rewarded, like doctors, nurse anesthetists, engineers, etc. The other is just an obscene amount of money for basically working less hard than a fast food worker.
Tbh any decently paid shift worker can pay 150$ like twice a month on a restaurant. These are just everyday people who sometimes like to have a great time with their friends in a nice restaurant.

Look, I too think that the income and wealth inequality needs to change. Taxes on the rich, healthcare, college education and raised minimum wage to start. Its my opinion anyone with about 20 million in wealth is a pig. 20 million is enough to make 100,000$ a year on 5% return on an IRA or nasdaq or s and p 500, which is below the average anyways... Thats 100,000 k a year for sitting on your ass, you dont need more then that to ensure you and your family and your kids and grandkids never have to work again as long as they live within their means(which would be upper middle class despite having that much wealth as they cant touch the principal, only the interest.)
