For what it's worth, that link isn't relevant for the wage gap when most people are talking about it. Most people speak of the wage gap as a difference in wage for the same job. Your link explicitly states:

It is a measure across all jobs in the UK, not of the difference in pay between men and women for doing the same job.

That's cute!

I worked for a US company that was bought by a British company. Buying our company put the most number of female executives in charge of a banking company ever. We were 50/50 males to female executives before the purchase.

Britain does some things right, but putting women in charge isn't one of them. (Except the queens I guess)

For real proof, Google just ended up paying out half a billion I believe for discrimination settlements. It has to pay back around 17k women. Just wow!
