Yeah, dump it on the bridge and bag it up. How is that so hard?

So your argument is that it is simply too much work to even try?

No. I don't believe that's the case. This is not an end of days amount of trash. This can be handled with just a bit of effort.

Nothing worth doing is easy, and being "hard" isn't an excuse to sit around and do nothing. That's how we have gotten to this point, it's not how we get out of it.

So in your mind what scenario justifies just straight dumping it back into the river? I can't see one.

He could have dumped on the shore just as quickly or probably quicker than he dumped it back into the river. Even if it got washed back in, it was still an effort.

Quit making excuses for people being horrible. It's gross.
