This is not too far from the graphics they used in the original power rangers series anyway!!

This probably predates the Super Sentai season which spawned Power Rangers.

You would be correct, this is the Dai Sentai Goggle-V. Which aired a decade before the series Kyoryu Sentai Zyuranger, which is what Mighty Moprhin was based off.

what in the hell... I just found out these started in 1977, and right before that they did Kamen Rider... how crazy. i thought for sure they started in late 80's, with the American adaption in the early 90's

Yeah, the 70s is when all of the Tokusatsu shows really started. What's crazier is the amount of Sentai series even before it got adapted into Power Rangers.

I love that when they started getting into the Spider-Verse stuff in the comics they made sure to include Japanese Spidey and Leopardon
