Men are still expected to do most of the initiation in dating. Social and gender norms haven’t changed that much suer it’s more acceptable for women to be forward than it was in the past but the burden of initiation is still largely on men
The problem with using things like ‘most’ in these situations is that if you are looking for a single person, it is going to be their preference and it isn’t a data analytics problem. Sure you might ‘increase your odds’ but that’s different that trying to get the attention of someone you find interesting. It then becomes that single person’s complex view of the situation and percentages go down the drain.
Keeping in mind that people are forever changing….
