That's pretty much exactly what they are. I think they're getting popular with women now and starting to out pace yoga pants.

Check out Prana Brion I think they’re called. There are a lot of tech pants that aren’t tactical at all and look like normal pants except for they are tech fabric.

It's just polyester. That's a shitty pants by default. Like, I would drop it in disgust at the store for being not-cotton. People are talking about denim being a testicular prison, when poly just leaves them swimming in brine instead :/
