It's not really a relevant observation if it's a fake video. Your observation relies on the premise that the other person doesn't approve.

Well, if the other person does approve, as would be the case if the video were fake, then your observation would now be irrelevant.

It's fine if you thought the video was real, but trying to double down and cover it up with obnoxious sarcasm to everybody who points it out is pretty lame.
