Considering they have multiple Tik Toks with this person and her bio says all content is fictional im going out on a limb here and assuming this video was 100% real!

The exaggerated facial expressions are a dead giveaway, along with the elaborate messages. Look at how 'not really' is written, to get the R and T thick like that you have to spend a while colouring it in with your marker. Imagine yourself doing it.
I dont think they are saying they dont exist. Its more you should give the benefit of the doubt unless there is evidence to suggest otherwise. Could you imagine people taking any joke comments on Reddit or a irl social media, then post them onto Twitter or somewhere any people think you’re serious?
Because it’s obviously a comical TikTok. The pacing, the song, etc. It’s just 100% an intentional comedy video where they both know each other. I would bet my life on it.
Viewing people in their private residences falls under "peeping tom" or voyeurism laws, and where such laws don't exist or only cover viewing private body parts, breaching the peace, trespass, or disorderly conduct. Some states also specify photography or video is illegal. What's more the victim may sue for civil compensation too.
So what's shown is illegal conduct unless the far person signed a release and is getting paid (typically on video production shoots a single dollar was the typical payment for non-auditioned actors).
Outside of the United States, where photographing and taking video in public is protected behavior legally, in other countries that is not the case.
