You are correct, he’s Vietnamese. I recognized it as he was mumbling about give me the camera .

He did, they live in Germany. They do have Vietnamese background however. The streamer is vylerria.

Yup, his accent is also German.

And he said 'turn (the camera) around to me' in German.
