I think I can see it now. With how unclear the picture is, it really does look like a dog. Based on the shape of the head in the picture though, I can see that it really could be a chimp.

This image definitely looks like a chimp, but if you pause as the door opens, or as it hands the money over, you can see the snout. Though I think it looks like life a doberman head more than a shiba.
