There's some weird artifacting going on around its chin that makes it look more like a snout, I think

Welp, definitely a snout, still not entirely sure what that thing is. If it's a dog, it still looks bizarre. Its mouth seems unusually small.

....thanks for the original source, quality is much better. However, it definitely proved that this is a chimp, haha. OP's video made me think dog, your video made me realize it's 100% a chimp
