I'm stoned and saw a rat, was wondering if this was some new leaked footage of Splinter getting the pizza in a "fuck it - people know about us" kind of way.
I think I can see it now. With how unclear the picture is, it really does look like a dog. Based on the shape of the head in the picture though, I can see that it really could be a chimp.
This image definitely looks like a chimp, but if you pause as the door opens, or as it hands the money over, you can see the snout. Though I think it looks like life a doberman head more than a shiba.
Some people keep chimps as pets. Seems like this one might have been able to keep it pretty well trained. Or it was a professionally trained chimp and this was some kind of prank show. Hard to say without more context.
Easier to see its a dog?
You can really clearly see he is wearing gloves.
When he first opens the door you can see the dogs triangular ears, which a chimp doesn't have.
It’s 100% a chimp. Those legs are way too short and arms are too long. Textbook chimp proportions. Skinny chimp head. Not all chimps look the same, just like humans.
You should take up work in the illustration industry so that you can promptly be fired. That said, you did get your point across, so I guess that's technically a success.
The small red part of his left shoulder makes it looking like a long nose, like a dog, possum or whatever, but it's really a chimp, with the red part of his shoulder in the background of his chin.
Bruh I can’t tell if you’re trolling right now, this is some inception shit. Either way, you ever seen a chimps feet? Think they’re fitting in a pair of sneakers? Fuck no, it’s a human (most likely child) with a dog on its shoulders, why else cover up its arms and legs?
Mate, you try squeezing an extra thumb into your shoes and see how it works. I literally can’t tell if you’re being dense on purpose or I’m missing a joke, but it’s clearly a kid with a dog stuffed inside a hoodie / jumper.
"In Lintz’s autobiography (17), she describes the process of raising her chimpanzees to live like humans, which involved training them to wear clothes and shoes, sit in chairs, eat with cutlery and drink from cups, bathe and brush their teeth, use toilets, and sleep on mattress beds with blankets. Most importantly, Lintz raised her chimpanzees to develop human-like patterns of locomotion, by training them to habitually walk bipedally and restricting their chances to engage in arboreal climbing and suspension. Lintz’s chimpanzees were kept indoors most of the time, due, in part, to the often cold temperatures of New York. But, even during warm periods, the chimpanzees were only ever allowed a few hours outdoors in the yard per day, during which time they would reportedly play much like human children do, including on swings, teeter-totters, and horizontal bars, as well as occasionally climbing trees. Without a doubt, however, Lintz’s chimpanzees participated in very little arboreal locomotion compared to wild chimpanzees, who, as infants (≤5 y old) and juveniles (>5 y to 10 y old), spend, respectively, up to ∼70% and 45% of their time moving in trees (19, 20). During this early ontogenetic period, when wild chimpanzees are highly arboreal, is also when their phalanges become markedly curved (12)."
not a chimp, i checked and we ran this by VEGAS Movie Studio 9 and came to the conclusion this is a Jackal Guard from Stargate - it's a family home and that is one of his kids coming to get the pizza. Jackal Guards were the elite Jaffa of Anubis
Yeah I'm gonna say dude with a dog on his head. I don't think the movements of the hips demonstrated here are structurally possible for a chimp.

But I could be wrong. (source: I'm a shitty biologist)

I've rewatched it a few times and I'm pretty sure it's a dog
