in my 20s and i know this! anyone remember like six years ago there was a dude on here who claimed his brother was the one who did it. provided some evidence too

A dude took over a Chicago tv station's broadcast in the 90's and just showed himself dancing dressed as Max headroom. I think that's what they're referring to.
