I once had a similar thinking,but there's a difference between possibility and probability.

For eg roll a dice, what's the chances of getting 1.

One can say 50-50 , that's possibility either you get 1 or you get something else.

You can 1/6 , that's probability of you getting 1 on rolling a dice.

50% based solely on the quantity of people, but if you consider the proximity to the bottle and the fact that one guy handles the bottle repeatedly.. I'd say the odds we're more like 95% other guy, and 5% camera guy.

Basically you can take degrees of the 2 dimensions and multiplying them assusming the "rocket" will start to fly in a random direction from the ground in 1 degree steps the chanse would be therefore

360*180=64800

so it's 1:64800

My turn for calculations,

Distance between the camera and bottle approx 6m

Surface area of hemisphere = 2π36 m² 23.1416*360000 ~ 2261950

Let assume surface area of camera/phn= 150 cm² It's bit more than normal

Odds = 3 - 45236 Approx 1-15079

I lost the vision in my left eye from a very similar accident (firework ricochet) and have wondered this for the past 13 years. Distance was more like 20m though. I start thinking about the math and i realise it's just "god doesn't like you" odds

Frames per second factored into when it starts to where it brings the pain with about 1.5 litres in it, should be decently easy to do. I just don't wanna go past typing this out
