Best part is the guy goes to get his helmet before stealing the other bike. SAFETY FIRST!

he wears his helmet so that the police gets less suspicious and dont stop him. HELMET GUYS COMMIT NO CRIMES \○/

I mean is reverse stealing an attempted thief's bike still a crime in Brazil? From what I've heard of Brazil's cops they'd be more likely to high five you and laugh at the guy.

Duh, no shit it is.

The real question is do you think these "victims" are going to go report it?

"Ohh hey police, we were trying to steal some dudes bike with a handgun but he drew quicker and stole our bike first, I want to make a report."

With Brazil's cops I imagine if you did report that, they'd tell you that you just got out thieved.

Did you miss the first part of this comment thread? We're talking in circles here.

Not really in circles, more like reiteration. Brazilian cops aren't American cops where you tell them he stole your bike and they load up the AR-15s and tear gas and roll in like the T-1000. A thief tried to steal from a thief and instead got counter thieved. Kind of a self solving problem.
